Deirdra and Chief

Chief

Sadly in 1983 I was diagnosed with M.S. My relapses began in 1995. I would always feel tired sometimes unable to even walk, it began to take a toll on my emotional state. Around 2005 I went into a deep depression, sometimes feeling as though I had nothing to live for. Constantly I would pray for the lord to give me strength to go on. Right when I was at the brink of despair My angel Chief, came into my life and saved me. My grandchildren and I had brought him for my daughters 32nd birthday in march 2008. He was 3 months old and he was the cutest lil thing that I have ever seen. Just to watch him play brought joy to my heart. On my bad days it was as if he knew what I was going through. He would lay on my lap, follow me everywhere and lick me all over my face as if to say, "its ok I am here". I never thought I would see the day where I would permanently smile and be full of everlasting happiness. If it wasn't for Chief I might not even be here writing this to you today, so I owe my life to him. He is my angel, my bestfriend, and my dog...Chief Midgett.
